Maximiliaan's House of Grand Pianos and holds the copyright for
all graphics and design elements. Any reproduction, replication,
modification, or distribution of any site designs, graphics, text,
or contents is strictly forbidden.
Any images of art and/or objects displayed on this site are the
property of their respective copyright owners. These artists have
given their consent to Maximiliaan's to display and represent
their works to a wider audience via the Internet. Any
reproduction, replication, modification, or distribution of any
images on this site is strictly forbidden, unless the owner gives
written permission - specific to their own images - to allow this.

The trademarks Maximiliaan's House of Grand Pianos, Maximiliaan,

An order will not be considered received and accepted by
Maximiliaan's until Maximiliaan's can determine that the piece(s)
ordered is available and that the current price is accepted by the
buyer (Site User). The Site User can consider his/her order
accepted when the sale is processed via whatever payment method
s/he has authorized Maximiliaan's to use.
Payment for Goods and Payment of Applicable Taxes
Once an offer to buy a specific art piece(s) has been made by the
Site User, the Site User is responsible for paying
(1) the full amount for the chosen art piece(s)
(2) all shipping and handling costs
(3) applicable duties
(4) applicable taxes
(5) applicable customs brokering fees
(6) shipping insurance
(7) any other charges associated with acquiring the work.
Privacy Policy
Maximiliaan's will not sell, rent, or disclose the Site Userís
private information to any parties outside Maximiliaan's.
E-Mail/Post/Fax
Maximiliaan's views the contents of any correspondence (e-mail,
letters, faxes, etc.) Maximiliaan's receives as non-proprietary.
Maximiliaan's reserves the right to use these contents to benefit
the site. Correspondence received from Site Users may be used to
improve Maximiliaan's, as sources of new ideas and policies, to

Representation of Artworks and Pianos
We do our utmost to ensure that the descriptions and photographs
on our site give an accurate representation of the goods in our
collection. However, it is impossible to fully and completely
correctly represent any item with a photograph.
You should be particularly aware of the following factors when
viewing our site.
Colors may appear differently on different monitors, or under
different lighting conditions from those in which the photograph
was taken. This is a particular problem with laptop LCD screens.
Different computer monitors will be set to different color
resolutions. Older monitors in particular may not accurately
reflect the paintings.
Non-computer devices, such as Web TV may not accurately reflect
colors.
